These showed up along the way. Most of it came from doing the work, being in the room, and putting time into people and things that mattered.
It also came from how the work was done… showing up, treating people right, and not cutting corners or stepping on others to get ahead. That part sticks longer than most people think.
Early in my career, a vice president at a Fortune 20 company told me that after six months, people forget your name. That never sat right… and it hasn’t proven true.
People remember how you show up. They remember how you handle pressure. They remember whether you made things better or just made noise.
Faith plays a role in that. Staying grounded, doing the right thing when it’s not the easy thing, trusting that consistency and character matter over time. There’s also a deep respect for the people, the work, and the country that gives us the opportunity to do both.
This is here as proof of that… not as a list of awards, but as a reminder that effort, character, and how you treat people still carry weight.
Work hard. Be good to people. Stay grounded. Remember where you came from. It shows up later, whether you’re paying attention or not.

" F135 was tasked with digging into Excess & Obsolete inventory that had grown by $10M+ throughout calendar year 2021. In the first meeting with finance Mickey jumped at the opportunity to help dig into the parts that were marked as Excess & Obsolete and to date has been involved with $1M+ of clean up activity. Most notably Mickey oversaw the entire process for part # 4131449-01 to best fit for re-work to the up-change part # 4136828 which was on the overdue parts list and getting the right people from aftermarket involved to clean up an instance of 4133738-01 (cleaning up these 2 parts alone was over $900K). Mickey has been involved with the clean up of several other parts putting us well ahead of schedule for the 2022 timeline of this project (clean up was expected in the second half of the year but it looks like we are on track to potentially hit our clean up target by the end of the first half). This early success wouldn’t have been possible without Mickey’s expertise and energy to find a solution and ensure completion of the clean up. "

"Mickey is one of the strongest team player I know. She enthusiastically helps in any way she can. Even if she does not have an answer she will work to find the answer or the person who may know. I thoroughly enjoy working with her as often as I can. She gives strong encouragement to anyone of the team and a bright light of energy that refreshes everyone’s outlook on the task. We have been working together on the F135 hardware incorporating delivery schedule for the IPMT. We provide the current active EC status with the EC's hardware delivery date intent. This helps the program understand if an upcoming part or EC will impact engine build schedule. Her work with the team has helped all of us tremendously. Plus, her effort and knowledge has helped me in other active investigations, such as the Weight Investigation corrective actions plans to work with shops and vendors to weigh parts. Her insight has helped this team identify the proper players for this corrective action. She is one of few people I use as my go-to person. Thank you for your help"

In my time working with Mickey she has been collaborative to an absurd degree. We work in an environment of constantly competing priorities, where different teams are tasked with entirely different work scope. Mickey has always driven with an excellent balance of ensuring that she's working to her priorities, but also collaborating with my team to keep us all moving in the same direction. It has never been us vs. her. She has always felt like just an extension of our team as she works with us to accomplish our joint mission. I cannot overstate how difficult this balance is to walk, and how effectively she walks the line between driving hard and making sure not to run us over, especially as our teams are both relatively new and we've been figuring things out together. She has been an absolute joy to work with, and her positive, team-focused attitude has enabled both our teams to flourish. She truly exemplifies the Raytheon Technologies Value of Collaboration (she also has exemplified the other values of Accountability, Innovation, Respect, and Trust, but I had to pick just one).
