This isn’t just a collection of highlights. It’s the work… the outreach, the partnerships, the events, and the people behind it. Everything here comes from being in the room, on the flightline, and in the middle of it, where things are actually happening and decisions matter.
It brings together programs and partnerships across aerospace, manufacturing, technology, and community, along with the moments that shaped them. Some of it came from structured work, some of it came from stepping into situations that needed to be figured out in real time. The common thread is simple… show up, stay in it, and build something that holds.
Across my career, that’s always been the role… step into complex environments, understand where things break, and help put structure back in place so people can move again. That same mindset carries into everything here, just applied in a different way… connecting people, building access, and creating opportunities that didn’t exist before.
There’s also a deeper layer behind it. A belief in this country, in the people who build it, defend it, and keep it moving every day. A belief that opportunity should be real, not theoretical, and that when doors open, you hold them open for the next person. Faith plays a role in that too… not loud, not forced, just steady. The kind that reminds you who you are, who you serve, and why the work matters in the first place.
It’s also a place to share the ideas, books, and perspectives that shape how I think and how I work. The lens has always been a little different… not focused on what’s missing, but on what can be built next, and who needs to be brought into the room to make that happen.
The goal is simple… open doors, create access, and make the path visible. Not just to show what’s possible, but to make it real enough that someone else can step in, take it further, and build something even better.

Not everything should live out in the wild web freely… especially the kind of work, conversations, and behind-the-scenes details that actually matter. This isn’t social media, it’s a closer look at how things get done, who’s involved, and what comes out of it.
There’s also a security side to it because I’ve worked in environments where information, access, and context matter. That doesn’t turn off just because it’s a website. What you’ll find in the private sections includes personal work, partnerships, recommendations, and details that are meant to be shared with the right audience, not the entire internet.
